Comprehensive, individualized 20 week program

Details:

  • Running schedule, including recommended miles, speed, and types of workouts

  • Speed work

  • Tapering

  • Strength training recommendations

  • Race Day planning

  • E-mail access to coach during program

  • Experienced RRCA Certified Running Coaches
     

 Athletic Conditioning Class

Thursday nights at 6:30-7:30 pm at Dawson HS Track
$20 per 4 weeks (pay monthly) or $90 for 20 weeks
Need minimum of 10 people per month (no need to be a runner to participate)
Starts in July


Details:

  • Group class taught by ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Instructor

  • Running specific strength training

  • Drills

  • Plyometrics

  • Core training

  • Stretching
